GYM & GYL stands for Godly Young Men & Godly Young Ladies. It is a 12 week program for Middle School and High School students.
GYM & GYL is based on Romans 12:1&2 which says "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God-this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.”Topics discussed:

At the conclusion of the 12 week program, we have a graduation ceremony. At the graduation, each participant receives a Study Bible with their name engraved on it, a purity ring or necklace, as well as a "professional" outifit that they wear to graduation.
